Get ready for the ultimate test of speed, precision, and nerves of steel as 100 of the region’s best cowgirls try to take home the trophy in the Battle of the Barrels at Canterbury Park!
In this high-stakes, head-to-head format, racers face off in a race against each other and the clock. $2000 added money/ $100 fees.

The ultimate challenge in Barrel racing. Two Barrel races will run at the same time racing against the clock. Two seperate barrel patterns on the same track. $2000 added, $100 fees, 2 D format. Limited to 100 barrel racers. Must have current coggins, Health certificate within 2 weeks of the event, EHV1 and EHV4 vaccinations within two weeks of the event.
Horse Health requirements
Every horse entering the enclosure of the racetrack must have been vaccinated by a veterinarian with an
FDA approved modified live or killed virus vaccine specific for EHV-1 and EHV-4 and Influenza not less
than 14 days and not more than 180 days prior to date of entry. The specific product used and expiration
date as well as the date the horse was vaccinated must appear on the health certificate. Horses must be
vaccinated no later than June 1 2025.
